These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kandinsky 5.0 Video Pro at kandinsky50.com, including text-to-video, image-to-video, related tools, accounts, and credits. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Policy & Safety.

1. The service

We provide AI-assisted video generation and related features. Features, models, pricing, and availability may change. Credits purchased or granted are used to run generation jobs as described on the site.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information (for example via Google sign-in).
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy.

3. Acceptable use and user-generated content

• Do not disrupt the service, probe systems without authorization, or attempt to bypass safety controls.
• Do not use the service to create or distribute illegal, infringing, or prohibited content, including NSFW and child sexual exploitation material as defined in our Content Policy.
• You are solely responsible for prompts, uploads, and outputs you create or share.
• You represent that you have the rights needed for any media you upload (including likeness and copyright).
• We may refuse, remove, hide, or cancel content and jobs that violate our policies, and may take enforcement actions described in the Content Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The website, branding, and software we provide are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs you generate for lawful purposes. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and moderate your uploads and outputs as needed to operate and secure the service. Third-party models, datasets, and papers remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Credits and payments

Credit packages and pricing are shown on the site. Credits are generally non-transferable. Failed jobs may be refunded according to our operational rules; jobs cancelled for policy violations may not be refunded.

6. No warranties

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
