Content Policy & Safety

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Kandinsky 5.0 Video Pro lets users create videos from text prompts and uploaded images or media. This Content Policy explains prohibited content, how we moderate user-generated content (UGC), how to report violations, and how we enforce the rules. By using the service you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Prohibited and NSFW content

You may not create, upload, request, share, or attempt to generate content that includes:

  • Sexual / NSFW: pornography, explicit sexual acts, fetish content intended to arouse, or graphic nudity used for sexual purposes.
  • Child sexual exploitation and abuse: any sexual or exploitative content involving minors (anyone 17 or under), including fictional or AI-generated depictions. This is strictly forbidden and may be reported to authorities.
  • Real-world violence and gore: graphic depictions of real or realistic extreme violence, torture, or mutilation intended to shock or harm.
  • Hate and harassment: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar traits; stalking, threats, or targeted harassment.
  • Illegal activity: content that promotes or facilitates serious crimes, terrorism, trafficking, or other unlawful acts.
  • Scams and spam: deceptive, fraudulent, or mass-abusive generation or distribution.
  • Intellectual property and privacy abuse: uploading or generating content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights, or that uses someone’s likeness without permission where required.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: deepnudes or sexualized imagery of real people without consent.

2. Content generation and uploads

  • You are responsible for prompts, reference images, videos, and any other materials you submit.
  • Do not upload images or media of minors in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative contexts.
  • Do not upload private, confidential, or illegally obtained data.
  • We may apply automated filters, keyword checks, and human review to prompts and uploads before or after generation.
  • We may refuse, interrupt, or cancel a generation job that appears to violate this Policy, without refund where abuse is confirmed.
  • Outputs you create remain subject to this Policy if they are stored, shared, or made public on our platform.

3. Moderation procedures

We use a mix of automated systems and human review to enforce this Policy:

  1. Prevention: policy checks on generation and upload flows where available.
  2. Detection: review of user reports and internal signals (abuse patterns, repeated violations).
  3. Triage: priority handling for child safety and severe illegal content (target: initial review within 24 hours).
  4. Standard reports: other categories are reviewed on a best-effort basis (target: within 72 hours).
  5. Decision: no action, request for more information, content removal / hiding, or account enforcement.

4. Reporting and takedown

If you find content or activity that violates this Policy, please report it:

  • Use our Report Content form (preferred). Include a link, work ID, or task ID and a short description.
  • Or email czy901207@gmail.com with the subject line “Content Report”.

After a valid report, we may hide or remove the content from public view, cancel related generation results, and retain records needed for safety and legal compliance. We may contact you at the email you provide.

5. Enforcement measures

Depending on severity and history, we may:

  • Remove or unpublish works and hide generation results.
  • Refuse or cancel generation requests.
  • Warn the account, limit generation quotas, or suspend / terminate the account.
  • Preserve evidence and, where required by law, report child sexual exploitation or other serious crimes to relevant authorities.

Enforcement decisions are made in our reasonable discretion. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent bans.

6. Appeals

If you believe content or an account was restricted in error, email czy901207@gmail.com with “Appeal” in the subject, your account email, and details. We will review good-faith appeals.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy as our product and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
